Robik Q moves wagons and railway components
Robik moves the wagons along the rails within the area used for their production or maintenance.
The Robik Q electric mover allows you to tow wagons easily and safely thanks to the use of a radio control that allows the operator 360° visibility of the area in which he operates.
Another strong point is its power: despite its compactness it boasts a surprising lifting force of 3.000 to 12.000 kg and a towing force of up to 70 tons, depending on the presence or absence of factors such as friction, type of soil, type and size of the wheels of the trailer to be towed.
In the case of moving railway carriages, friction is almost zero, which is why Robik Q can move the load easily in two different ways:
TOWING: the wagon is towed by hooking up to the Robik using a belt, chains and other tools;
LIFTING and TOWING: Robik Q is characterized by a very low height, this allows the operator to position it as much as possible under the wagon to be moved by hooking up with the lifting plate. The load to be moved is thus positioned behind Robik’s front wheels, making the load more stable as maximum grip on the ground is guaranteed. The interface of the lifting plate can be customized based on the load to be moved, making the movement even more stable and safe.
